• Daily & monthly Production/Manpower/Spare Planning based on inflow forecast.
• Test & Troubleshoot a variety of analogy & digital through hole & SMT PC Board to component level from different telecom Industries / Connected Home
• Daily Equipment used - Digital Volt Meter, Oscilloscope, frequency Counter & generator, High & Low Power Supplies.
• Develops and coordinates routine preventative maintenance on all telecommunications equipment to include, VHF, UHF, base stations and repeaters, digital microwave systems and consoles.
• Maintains accurate records concerning equipment preventative maintenance and repair and modifications of equipment
• Make repairs to legacy base station radios, digital microwave, channel banks, video surveillance and DC Power systems.
• To  carry out testing and diagnostic of RF and Digital modules in the test bed and devise a method to test and repair PCBAs/Modules  for which no technical information available
• To prepare documentation such as schematic and testing procedure for  PCBAs and Modules
• Monitor work assignments to ensure work has been completed in a quality manner within the established timeframes; ensure equipment is maintained and in proper working order and train & Supervise technicians & engineers in testing & troubleshooting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to do effective interaction & co-ordination with process owners, consumers,  product development teams  and end customer for complaints /Onsite Issues.
