1. Minimum of 3 years Diploma or any degree.
2. Proficient in team management, presentation, and customer handling skills.
3. Knowledgeable in driving KPIs and preparing decks for review.
4. Experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, basic networking, and OS installation.
5. Minimum 5 years of experience in customer support.
6. Excellent communication skills in both written (emails) and verbal (calls) formats in English and local languages.
7. Strong ability to multitask effectively.
8. Candidates should be below 37 years of age.
