- Bachelor's degree or Diploma with a minimum Microsoft certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in core system administration, focusing on Windows Server Operating System, Hyper-V, VMWare, DHCP, File Servers, Web Server, and Networking concepts.
- Proficient in server hardware maintenance, including cleaning, repair, and replacement of defective parts.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Operating System, OEM Supported Versions.
- Familiarity with storage systems and backup solutions, including Windows Backup and Recovery.
- Exposure to server monitoring tools.
- Proficiency in MS-Office Tools – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
- Understanding of ITIL processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong oral and written communication abilities.
- Willingness to adapt and collaborate in a cross-disciplinary environment as per business requirements.
