Duties and Responsibilities

Key Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Wireless, Cisco Prime, Cisco ISE, and Software-Defined Access (SDA)
  • Strong understanding of BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, QoS, and MPLS
  • Proficient with Catalyst switches and ASR/ISR routers
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Visio, MS Office, and IT ticketing tools

Work Environment:

  • 24/7 operational support
  • 6 working days per week with a rotating weekly off

Job Responsibilities:

Network Administration & Management:

  • Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, WLAN, and Cisco ISE
  • Maintain firmware, perform backups, and ensure device health and compliance
  • Troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues, outages, and user connectivity problems
  • Monitor network performance and capacity; generate regular reports

Operations & Coordination:

  • Manage incidents, changes, and problems in alignment with ITIL practices
  • Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and internal teams for timely issue resolution
  • Maintain up-to-date SOPs, audit logs, and technical knowledge base
  • Lead disaster recovery drills and drive continuous improvement initiatives
