Duties and Responsibilities
Key Skills & Qualifications:
B.Tech / B.E or equivalent qualification

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
Proficient with Windows/macOS, MS Office, and basic networking (LAN, DHCP)
Understanding of VIP-level service standards and urgency
Working Hours:
24/7 work environment
6 days a week with
rotational weekly off
Job Responsibilities:
Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops (Windows/macOS), tablets, and mobile devices
Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, networks (LAN/DHCP), and printers
Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and security patches
Maintain VIP user profiles, update device inventory, and contribute to the IT knowledge base
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for quick issue resolution
Conduct proactive system checks and assist in event preparation
Ensure minimal downtime and fast resolutions for VIP users
