Duties and Responsibilities

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.Tech / B.E or equivalent qualification
  • Certifications preferred: MCSE, ITIL, hardware/software certifications
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Proficient with Windows/macOS, MS Office, and basic networking (LAN, DHCP)
  • Understanding of VIP-level service standards and urgency

Working Hours:

  • 24/7 work environment
  • 6 days a week with rotational weekly off

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-user support for desktops, laptops (Windows/macOS), tablets, and mobile devices
  • Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, networks (LAN/DHCP), and printers
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and security patches
  • Maintain VIP user profiles, update device inventory, and contribute to the IT knowledge base
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for quick issue resolution
  • Conduct proactive system checks and assist in event preparation
  • Ensure minimal downtime and fast resolutions for VIP users
