Basic knowledge of PCs, printers, and networking equipment
Ability to coordinate with helpdesk, vendors, and logistics teams
Capable of handling Preventive Maintenance (PM) and IMAC activities
Proficient in reporting, asset tagging, and inventory checks
Willingness to travel frequently (50%–70%) across assigned store locations
Must own a two-wheeler (bike) for store visits
Good communication and coordination skills
24x7 support based on roster
No fixed Saturday/Sunday or holiday offs
Work on National Holidays (eligible for double pay)
Comp offs for working on Public Holidays
🛠️ On-Site IT Support & Coordination:
Visit and provide support to multiple Reliance Retail outlets
Perform initial physical inventory verification, asset tagging, and submit reports
Coordinate with Retail Helpdesk for ticket handling, issue resolution, and call closures
Escalate vendor-related issues as required through the proper channel
🔧 Technical Maintenance & Rollouts:
Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) at store locations
Conduct IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and rollout activities
Support on hardware installations, replacements, and troubleshooting
Ensure task signoffs from Store Manager, State IT team, and submit final reports
📦 Coordination & Logistics:
Coordinate with Regional Coordinators for task scheduling and daily reporting
Liaise with MSL Logistics for spare parts availability and delivery
Monitor ongoing activities and maintain a structured approach to issue handling
